- Quebec payrollQPP, QPIP, employment insurance and the employer's shares, with the year of each figure written beside it so it can be checked.
- Work agreements and T4sEach person's trade, status and rate for each period. What was true in March stays true in March's report.
- RBQ licence on your documentsOn the estimate and on the invoice, where it belongs.
And what we don't do
We'd rather tell you up front.
We don't file with the CCQ
We prepare the report. You submit it on the CCQ's site. They don't publish a format for sending it electronically.
We don't replace your bookkeeper
Bank reconciliation, GST and QST returns and year-end all stay with them.
