Thought through here, not translated
Quebec's numbers are built in, not an add-on.
Most construction software comes from the United States and stops at the border. Ours starts here.
9.975%
QST worked out and kept separate from GST, the way your bookkeeper needs it.
10%
holdback, tracked job by job. Money plenty of people never see again.
The 15th
your monthly CCQ report is ready, week by week.
Unlimited
field workers, at no extra cost. Your crew doesn't cost you more.
What changes
Four things, and none of them are technical.
01
You know whether you're making money on each job — today, not in March.
Hours, materials and invoices come in on their own. Each job's margin is on the screen. If a job is eating your profit, you find out while you can still do something about it.
02
You get paid faster.
The client accepts the estimate from their phone, the invoice goes out on its own and they pay by card. What took three weeks and two phone calls takes two days.
03
Monday morning, you're not chasing anybody.
Your crew clocked in from the job site, the photos are already in the work file, and you know who's where without calling anyone.
04
The CCQ stops being the 15th of the month.
The report is built from the hours already logged, week by week the way the CCQ asks for them. You review it and file it. Penalties climb to 20% — that's expensive for a forgotten date.
What you're already paying for
You're not buying one more tool. You're removing three.
A ten-person contractor in Quebec today pays for field software, QuickBooks, and someone to put together payroll and the CCQ every month.
The job site
Jobs, work orders, schedule, GPS clock-in, photos, change orders. Everything that happens outside.
The money
Estimates, invoices, credit notes, payments, expenses, cost tracking. With Quebec taxes and the holdback.
The people
Payroll, T4s, work agreements, the CCQ report, time off. Each person's paperwork, in one place.
Nobody else does this
You in English. Your crew in their language.
The same system, at the same time, in French, English, Spanish and Italian. The foreman reads his work order in his language, and you read yours in yours.
On a Quebec job site that isn't a detail: it's the difference between an instruction understood and an instruction guessed at.

The questions that come up
Before you ask them.
Does this replace my bookkeeper?
No, and it's worth saying plainly. Bank reconciliation, GST and QST returns and year-end all stay with them.
What we take off their plate is chasing hours and building the CCQ report by hand. You pay them for fewer hours, on the work that's actually worth it.
Do you file the report with the CCQ?
No. We prepare it for you, ready to file, with the hours already logged and split Sunday to Saturday the way the CCQ asks. You're the one who submits it on the CCQ's site.
The CCQ doesn't publish a format for sending it electronically. The day they do, we will.
What does it cost to add one more worker?
Nothing. Workers log in with their code in the field app, and they're unlimited on every plan.
That's deliberate: charging per head punishes exactly what the system needs to work, which is the whole crew clocking in.
What if I want to leave?
Month to month, no contract. You leave whenever you want.
And your data is yours: you export all of it, whenever you want, without asking anyone.
Does it work on site, with no signal?
The field app installs on the phone like any other and it's built to be used with a dirty hand and one bar of signal.
Clock-in, photos and work orders are what your crew touches — the rest of the system isn't on their phone, and that's on purpose.
Try it with your real jobs.
30 days, no credit card. In the first two days we put your last three jobs in with you — so you see it with your own work and not with made-up examples.
